IT HAS BEGUN!!!
I can't tell you how excited I am that today is "Demo Day" (thank you, Chip Gaines!) and our renovation project has officially begun! We've been talking, rehashing, revising, perfecting and dreaming about this project for over a year... and now it's finally starting! I'm thrilled!
Here are a few pictures - the crazy carpet is vanishing rapidly, and we've uncovered some beautiful hardwood floor... We were pretty sure there were hardwoods under all that carpet, and we're thrilled to learn that at least some of it (what's been uncovered so far) is in great condition. Excited to see how the rest of it turns out!
